Spacious and soundproof room, fairly clean hotel in general.

Great way to end our trip. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The staff - helpful and amiable. Located in 15 minutes' drive to the airport.

I was mind-blown by how clean and spacious the rooms were. The bathtub setup was fantastic for a bath lover like me. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The hotel's location, within 10 mins walk to the subway and underground shopping street, was jaw-dropping. The kind and helpful staff added to the amazing experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room TV screen displayed the laundry room status, allowing me to plan my laundry time. The design of the small rooms was clever, making them feel bigger than they were. The amenities available in the lobby prevented wastage. The cozy room made me happy after a long day of exploring. The common area on the second floor with an ice maker, microwave, coin laundry, and vending machines was a game-changer. The everyday replenishment of amenities in the room was a nice touch. The peaceful neighborhood and proximity to convenience stores were also a plus.

I stayed 1 night and would like to stay there on the next trip when visiting Japan. Enjoyed spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The staff was very helpful, incredibly nice with every request. The room was fully-equipped and neat, included down pillows.

Location: the hotel was near the subway station. Furthermore, to trains. We got a room with bathtubs. The bed was comfortable and we received good service: D

The hotel provided bed bumpers for my baby which made our stay more comfortable. Key card access for the elevators made us feel safe during our time at this location. The hotel was in a great location with easy walking access to many food options and taxis. The train station was also nearby making it a convenient location to travel around the city.

Nothing really stood out as a negative experience during our stay. We would have appreciated more diverse breakfast options but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

We recently stayed in a hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with the amenities they had to offer. Our baby was provided with bed bumpers and a little sponge which we appreciated. the key card access for elevators made us feel secure, and the location was excellent. We truly enjoyed our walks and taxi rides during our city break. Access to trains and numerous food options made our stay even better. whenever we needed filtered water for our baby formula, the staff provided us with everything we needed. our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return.
